Angel's Kitten Rescue
Adopt a KittenAt Angel’s Kitten Rescue, our mission is clear and compassionate: to safeguard the well-being of stray cats and kittens in North and South Carolina.
Situated in the heart of Loris, we pour our resources and spirit into the all-too-often overlooked feline population. These are not just animals to us; they are part of our community, who are also deserving of the love and safety of a furrever family.

Adopting a Pet
When considering adding a furry member to your family, choosing to adopt from Angel’s Kitten Rescue is a deeply rewarding decision.
Save Lives: By adopting from us, you are directly saving a life. Each cat or kitten adopted opens up space for another to be rescued.
Healthy and Loving Pets: Our rescued cats receive full veterinary care, including vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and regular health checks to ensure they are healthy and ready for their new homes.
Combat Pet Overpopulation: Adoption helps reduce the strain of overpopulation in the community and mitigates the long-term issues associated with stray animals.
Cost-Effective: Adoption fees often cover many initial medical expenses, which can result in lower costs upfront compared to purchasing from breeders or pet stores.
Support Your Community: By adopting from a local rescue, you become part of the solution right here in Horry County. Your support also helps us continue our crucial work!
Unconditional Love: Our experience has shown that rescue cats are incredibly loving – their gratitude and affection for bringing them into a loving and caring environment are genuine and rewarding.
Remember, when you adopt, you’re not just getting a pet; you’re providing a ‘furrever’ home and a second chance at life for a deserving cat. Your choice to adopt means everything to them.

What we do
Our Services
Rescuing Pets
We rescue cats and kittens from around Horry County to make sure that they are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and to help them find loving homes.
Finding Furrever Homes
Our adoption process is designed to ensure that our rescues are going to actual forever homes.
Our aim is to reduce the likelihood of further trauma for our feline friends and to make sure that the cat you bring home will be a good fit for your family as well.
Collaboration
We work with our friends at Fix a Friend Cat Clinic, in Winnabow, NC to have our rescues spayed and neutered so that together we can safely reduce the cat population in our area.
Spay & Neuter
An average cat has 1-8 kittens per litter and 2-3 litters per year. During her reproductive life a female cat can have more than 100 kittens. A single pair of cats and their kittens can produce as many as 42,000 kittens in only 7 years!
What Drives Us
Our Mission
Angel’s mission is to ensure that all of our feline friends are looked after and cared for with love and compassion.

Adopting VS Buying
Adopting a kitten gives a deserving animal a second chance at a loving home while also helping to alleviate the problem of overpopulation. It’s a compassionate, cost-effective choice that supports animal welfare and community well-being.
How to Find the Perfect Pet
Consider your lifestyle and environment, then research different breeds and their behaviors. Spend time meeting various animals to assess compatibility. Adoption from rescues, like Angel’s Kitten Rescue, allows you to provide a loving home for an animal in need. Remember, they’re not just pets – they’re family members!
